Raise your heel by 3 or 4.5 cm, without changing shoes. These air-cushioned heel lifts slip under the heel, in your trainers or boots, and stay invisible once the shoe is on.

Which height to choose?
- 3 cm: the most discreet, to start with and to wear all day.
- 4.5 cm: a 3 cm base and a 1.5 cm layer you can remove. It’s the maximum for classic trainers: choose high-top shoes or shoes with a little room at the heel, and lace them up firmly.

- For the first few days, wear them a few hours at a time to get used to them.
- The actual height gain may be slightly less than the thickness of the heel lift, as the cushion compresses a little.
- The higher the heel lift, the higher your foot sits in the shoe: make sure your heel stays well held.

Fabric side up, pushed firmly against the heel. If the shoe is tight, slip it under the original insole.

Add the second layer if you want 4.5 cm
It goes under the heel lift. Keep it for high-top shoes, where the heel stays well held.

The higher the heel lift, the higher your foot sits in the shoe. If your heel slips out of the shoe, go back to 3 cm.

Can anyone tell?
No, the heel lift is completely hidden inside the shoe. With low-top trainers, choose the 3 cm version.
Do I really gain 4.5 cm?
The actual gain may be slightly less than the stated thickness, as the air cushion compresses a little when you walk.
Does it fit in all shoes?
In trainers, boots and high-top shoes, yes. In very low dress shoes, your heel may slip out.
Is it comfortable?
The air cushion absorbs every step. For the first few days, wear them a few hours at a time to get used to them.
