Delivery

Delivery area: we deliver to Switzerland, France and every country in the European Union.

Cost: delivery is free in all these countries.

Timing: each order is prepared within 1 to 3 working days, then delivered in about 1 to 2 weeks. If you order several products, you may receive several parcels on different dates.

Tracking: you receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Parcel not received: if your parcel hasn’t arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us via the Contact page: we’ll resend your order or refund you.

Address: check your address before confirming your order. If it is incomplete or wrong, contact us as soon as possible; a new shipment may then be charged.
